• At least 5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or headhunting experience in the education space, particularly focused on teacher recruitment. • Good communication skills to work with different teams and different levels of positions. • Strong adaptability to cope with a fast-growing environment. • Collaborative work ethic • Fluent in both speaking and writing in Mandarin and English.
