1. EMBRACING THE ADVENTURE to create and execute a sustainable recruitment strategy that allows LearningLeaders to recruit and on-board 50 – 75 qualified candidates each year. 2. Optimize the current recruitment process in order to generate more qualified leads in an effective way. 3.ACTING WITH INITIATIVE to learn and implement the industry trends and knowledge includes but not limited to talent marketing trend, recruitment technology, social media marketing etc

• At least 5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or headhunting experience in the education space, particularly focused on teacher recruitment. • Good communication skills to work with different teams and different levels of positions. • Strong adaptability to cope with a fast-growing environment. • Collaborative work ethic • Fluent in both speaking and writing in Mandarin and English.
